Job Requirements and Responsibilities

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven experience in technical writing of software documentation.
• Experience in writing technical user guides, installation guides, etc.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
• Excellent understanding of online documentation tools like Confluence, Drupal, etc.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of wiki and collaborative sites.
• Analytical skills and perseverance to obtain a complete overview.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High initiative, commitment, independence, and cooperation.
• Ability to work in an international/multicultural environment.

Tasks:

• Produce high-quality documentation for information systems.
• Write concise, easy-to-understand documentation that simplifies complex technical concepts for all skill levels and roles.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Software Engineers, Developer Support Engineers, and others to scope and define documentation projects.
• Transform existing documents into online versions on the Confluence platform.
• Publish documentation, review, and update existing content.
• Ensure documentation is available on time, aligned with product development and maintenance processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product and documentation requirements.
