Experience :

10+ years in HCM Payroll, specifically with SAP SuccessFactors ECP (Employee Central Payroll) functional and integration expertise.

Requirements :

• SAP SuccessFactors ECP functional and integration experience
• Proficiency with Payroll Control Center
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Integration Center
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and local payroll compliance for Sweden, Portugal, Spain, and Romania
• Good communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
