Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the Project Manager and Business Analyst for internal projects.
  2. Optimize service operations processes and supporting systems to reduce operational workload, enhance reporting and forecasting transparency, and track SLAs.
  3. Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a Project Manager.
  4. Work with service owners, product owners, and the delivery team to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met as a Business Analyst.
  5. Manage operational tasks for the Service Operations Platforms.
  6. Support daily operations of the Service Operations Platforms.
  7. Oversee onboarding and training for Production Partners.

Experience:

  • Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis within the IT sector.
  • Knowledge of service operations processes, including global, customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
  • Experience with service operation tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Experience working in SCRUM environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
