About the Role

We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager for Iberia. This role involves shaping and implementing the local strategic L&D plan in Iberia (Spain and Portugal) to maximize resource efficiencies across Ricoh EMEA. The manager will ensure a strong learning culture to support strategic goals, drive digital learning transformation within the LDC, and manage a team in Spain.

Requirements

• Degree or advanced degree in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven professional development in the field.
• Availability for occasional travel.
• High proficiency in English (C1); Portuguese is a plus.
• Senior experience in L&D within IT or tech companies, focusing on:
• Business alignment and capability gap analysis
• L&D planning and resource management
• Strategic leadership and service provision
• Budget management and FUNDAE compliance
• LMS optimization and KPI management
• Driving digital transformation in learning
• Design and development of L&D programs
• Facilitation and coaching
• Evaluation and continuous improvement
