Tempe is the footwear and accessories division of the Inditex Group, located in Alicante. We employ over 2000 professionals of various nationalities. The Group's brands, including Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Zara Home, Oysho, and Stradivarius, are represented within Tempe, each with its own Design, Manufacturing, Buying, Product, and Distribution teams.
Responsibilities :
- Define, plan, and execute the online commercial strategy for the season across international markets and assigned lines, including product selection and setting directives for commercial, distribution, and communication objectives.
- Provide information and content for the press minisite of their brand and showrooms to promote product appearance.
- Define the product image for each campaign, including presentation, looks, and details in collaboration with the Image team.
- Assess and select products suitable for international markets, identifying specific gaps or needs.
- Plan and execute the product's commercial strategy, including lifecycle management, collection updates, cross-selling with clothing collections, and inclusion in special content.
- Plan merchandise stock levels and initial product roll-out timings for international markets.
- Ensure the availability and quality of content necessary for online sales, such as graphics, descriptions, translations, and details.
- Propose comprehensive communication plans across various channels (web, social networks, etc.), coordinating graphic material development for marketing activities.
- Generate web metrics analysis to identify product and merchandising needs, providing insights for business areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Advertising, or similar.
- Master's or higher degree in Communication, E-Commerce, Commercial Management, or Marketing; qualifications specializing in fashion are highly regarded.
Specific skills and knowledge :
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
- Experience in sales and marketing.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and / or Marketplaces is highly valued.
