B2B Recursos Humanos selects a Luxury Rental Receptionist for a consolidated Business Group dedicated to providing services related to Tourism, short-term rentals, and flexible accommodations.
The selected candidate will serve as the main liaison between the company and its guests, utilizing various online platforms such as Marriott Homes & Villas, Airbnb, Vrbo, and corporate clients. The goal is to ensure every guest has a 5-star experience from first contact.
Job Functions
- Provide exceptional support to guests throughout their stay, acting as the main point of contact via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
- Build long-term relationships with guests.
- Ensure effective communication with other departments and management.
- Respond promptly to all inquiries across platforms.
- Manage bookings and leads in our PMS, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Address guest queries to provide unique stays and experiences, converting inquiries into bookings.
- Track and update all leads in the PMS.
- Coordinate the booking process from contract to payment and deposit return with the administrative team.
- Generate and review reports of owner bookings and secure owner approvals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Hospitality and Tourism or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience as a receptionist or similar role.
- Receptionist training is a plus.
- Work in an office environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills and diverse interests.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages like Dutch, German, or French are advantageous.
- Understanding of luxury travel and travelers.
- Positive, helpful attitude with energetic communication skills.
- Ability to multitask quickly, think analytically, and meet deadlines.
- Warm, friendly, precise, and demanding of excellence.
- Independent in managing schedules while following guidelines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to various tasks.
- Polite and articulate in guest interactions.
- Knowledge of technology, OTAs, and platform experience.
- Strong work ethic, organizational and time management skills.
- Sales skills and customer relationship expertise.
- Deep understanding of luxury rentals and travel concierge services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with WhatsApp, email, PMS, and data management tools.
- Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.
