MANUFACTURING ENGINEER LARGE RADIAL STRUCTURES (F / M / X)

Objective of the Position
We are seeking professionals to join our team of manufacturing process engineers for aerospace components, focusing on the development and improvement of manufacturing processes for large radial structures.
Main Responsibilities
- Define manufacturing processes for new components, including generating manufacturing routes, creating solid models, and developing instructions and work guides.
- Identify and implement improvements to industrialize products, reducing time, costs, and non-quality expenses.
- Support production and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Implement new technologies and planned enhancements to make our radial structures more competitive.
- Identify process control variables to maintain sustainable results.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or similar; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing processes, especially in welded assemblies.
- Skills: Interpretation of drawings, 3D modeling (preferably Siemens NX), statistical analysis, and language proficiency in Spanish (First Certificate level or equivalent).
- Valued but not mandatory: Experience in nickel or titanium machining, welding, dimensional verification, non-destructive testing, and familiarity with Teamcenter and SAP.
- Personal Skills: Teamwork, coordination, communication, autonomy, proactivity, results orientation, adaptability, motivation for improvement, and willingness to work in a dynamic, international environment.

- Manufacturing processes of static aircraft engine components.
- Tools and software for product and process management.
- Process data analysis (SPC, etc.).
- Aircraft parts quality management.
- Ergonomic and safety analysis.
- Lean Manufacturing principles.
Team Environment
You will work at ITP Aero's headquarters in Zamudio, collaborating with experienced professionals in a multidisciplinary team involved in long-term projects for civil and industrial aviation. The team includes process engineers, CNC programmers, inspection specialists, and engineers in various fields.
