As the General Director of Think Ahead Education, you will hold the highest leadership position within the company, overseeing the strategic growth and management of our brands. The role involves direct leadership over Think Ahead Academy and IB Wave, and close collaboration with the headteacher of Virtus College to achieve its objectives.

The brands are managed by a central team covering key departments : Marketing, Human Resources, Sales, Administration, Coordination, Finance, and Education. As Director, you will directly manage this central team and oversee all operations.

• Lead the Sales and Marketing teams : Design and coordinate annual campaigns and projects related to sales, client relations, and B2B growth.
• Oversee financial operations : Manage billing, payroll, budget management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Admin team : Maintain accurate and efficient data systems.
• Supervise the Educational department : Focus on teacher onboarding, performance, and retention. Promote best teaching practices through regular training, lesson observations, and structured performance reviews.

Applicants must have an up-to-date criminal record check and the legal right to work in Spain. The company is prepared to assist with the necessary paperwork if needed.

General Characteristics :

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with a permanent contract, Monday to Friday, starting in August 2025. The position offers a competitive annual salary from the outset, with potential for salary progression and an attractive performance-based bonus package.
