Join Our Team as a Customer Success Specialist!

Are you passionate about the gaming industry and ready to take your career to the next level? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily game operations, including data collection and analysis.
• Handle customer service issues for players, promptly identifying, reporting, and seeking solutions for game bugs.
• Develop a deep understanding of our games, then follow up and propose enhancements to improve game success and player satisfaction.
• Maintain and follow up with game video / image creators regularly.
• Assist in maintaining daily social media platforms for the game, such as Facebook and Instagram.

Requirements :

• Preferably specialized in some people-centered related bachelor's degree. Candidates with 1-2 years of work experience are highly preferred.
• Passionate about the gaming industry, with extensive experience in SLG games preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, a solid sense of responsibility, innovative mindset, learning ability, and team spirit.
• Good logical thinking abilities, excellent listening and speaking skills in Spanish and intermediate level of English.
• Previous work, study, or life experience abroad is highly preferred.
