As an associate consultant, you will have the opportunity to expand your career into the cutting-edge cloud ERP technologies offered by the organization. You will work through project challenges implementing solutions based on your experience of industry good practice and applicable models. ERP projects drive significant business change for our customers, and it’s critical that you handle conflict through good communication and adapt your style to the audience.

We believe you are a customer service champion who can develop and maintain stakeholder relationships. With your expertise, you will enable our customers and proactively support their journey to standardized solutions with a focus on adoption, not adaptation. Your responsibilities within our Professional Services Team include:

1. Engaging in sales handover and project onboarding with the wider project team
2. Implementing quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives, focusing on reducing complexity and costs
3. Prioritizing requirements and identifying opportunities for customer success
4. Working with wider delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget as per the project plan
5. Supporting customer solution reviews and health checks, identifying opportunities to expand Unit4's footprint
6. Participating in delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations for existing customers
7. Collaborating with senior consultants to identify improvements to functionality
8. Fluent knowledge of English and Dutch is obligatory
