Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager

Important business school in Barcelona is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager with French language skills to work in the markets of Central Africa.

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in English; French language skills are a plus.

Work Area: Central Africa

Responsibilities:

  1. Represent the business school and increase student recruitment through existing and new channels.
  2. Prospect, generate leads, oversee commercialization, and ensure the final enrollment of students from the designated region.
  3. Join an international student recruitment team based in Barcelona.
  4. Collaborate closely with admissions, academics, and career services departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  5. Analyze opportunities strategically within the assigned countries.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with regional agents and partner institutions.
  7. Focus on increasing direct student recruitment through international school partnerships.
  8. Participate in recruitment fairs, seminars, workshops, and other events in your markets. For online events, adapt your schedule accordingly.
  9. Travel a minimum of 90 days per year.

Additional Information:

  • Opportunity to work in an international environment.
  • Flexible start time between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., with departure times between 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
  • One day of teleworking per week.
  • Working hours during June, July, and August until 4:00 p.m.
