Your Mission

As a Regional Sales Executive - Spain , you’ll be responsible for expanding Toqio’s customer base and driving revenue within your designated region. You’ll build strong senior relationships with prospects, lead complex sales cycles, and work cross-functionally to close strategic deals. Your deep understanding of fintech, SaaS, and client pain points will allow you to position Toqio as a transformative solution for businesses globally.

What Success Looks Like :

CRM Excellence & Market Insight Sharer : Your CRM is organized and always up-to-date. You capture every interaction, every insight, and every opportunity. Beyond that, you proactively share market feedback and competitive insights to influence Toqio’s product positioning and commercial strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaborator & ABM Executor : You work seamlessly with Solution Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, qualify prospects, and deliver high-impact presentations. You collaborate with regional teammates and global leadership to share learnings, align strategies, and drive growth.

Business-Savvy & Deal Closer : You understand the business models and challenges of your prospects, identifying exactly how Toqio’s platform can solve their biggest pain points. You navigate complex deal cycles, manage regulatory requirements, handle procurement processes, and integrate technical solutions with precision.

Full-Cycle Ownership & Revenue Driver : You take complete ownership of the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to close. You move opportunities through the funnel with speed and discipline, consistently hitting revenue targets while building lasting relationships.

What Makes You a Fit :

Background and Experience :

  • 6+ years experience in B2B sales (SaaS, fintech, or embedded finance preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to close six-figure enterprise deals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term relationships
  • 6+ years in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally in SaaS and / or fintech
  • Experience leading long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Skilled in CRM use (HubSpot or similar) and data-driven forecasting
  • Strong understanding of embedded finance, BaaS, or API-first platforms
  • High level of written and spoken English and Spanish
