We are expanding our team and currently looking for a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive to join our EMEA Enterprise Sales team in Spain. The role involves selling Monotype’s solutions into new and existing clients within the Spanish and Dutch markets. The ideal candidate understands the importance of teamwork and is eager to enhance their skills and experience. What you’ll be doing :

  • Consult with prospective enterprise customers across your assigned territories to understand their needs and communicate Monotype’s value proposition effectively.
  • Become a product and technology expert in Monotype’s offerings to serve as a trusted advisor for key brand clients.
  • Develop detailed account plans to identify new sales opportunities and expand existing accounts to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Engage with clients at the C-Level using strategic, value-based selling, including business case development, ROI analysis, and leveraging research data.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the organization, including Brand, Marketing, Creative, IT, Finance, Procurement, UX, and Legal, to support client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and prospect information in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with marketing, support, pre-sales engineering, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and sales success.

What we’re looking for :

  • An ambitious and organized sales professional with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, eager to build a reputation in enterprise sales.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience in software, technology, publishing, media, advertising, or design markets is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage a complex sales cycle from demonstration to negotiation and closing.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
