At CORUS we are looking for a Data Engineering to join our team in an international insurance project.

Location : Remote from Spain

You will :

• Design, develop, and validate data processes.
• Develop data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure SQL.
• Support their implementation ensuring data solutions align with business objectives and looking ahead to understand future technology options for the business.
• Serve as technical expert in a specific process or product area conducting process reviews and initiating change in order to contribute to continuous improvement of services to internal customers.
• Research externally primary data sources select relevant information, continually evaluate key themes in technology and make recommendations to inform policy and / or product development in own area of IT.
• Coach and train more junior team members.

You should have :

• Around 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in programming languages including R, Scala, Python, and SQL.
• Comprehensive understanding and experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Databricks, and Azure DevOps.
