• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, especially in IT services.

Job Description

• Responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing process with a focus on quality, TCO, and risk mitigation.
• Work with stakeholders to define sourcing strategy.
• Negotiate contract renewals and statements of work with existing suppliers.
• Negotiate new supplier contracts.
• Able to confidently negotiate contract terms and conditions with a good understanding of contract law and IT contracts.
• Support supplier relationship management for key suppliers.
• Support the development of category plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence, align diverse views, and gain consensus.
• Ability to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines, finite resources, and uncertainty.
• Language skills : English mandatory, Spanish beneficial.
• Some travel to other locations will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, in IT-related services.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, best practices, and industry trends.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Solid understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies in procurement.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Professional certification such as CPSM or CPM is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a must.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits and industry events.
