HCL Tech’s Microsoft Business Applications Practice (MBAP) is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Integration Developer to join their award-winning and growing team.

You will collaborate with client technical users and architects to develop high-quality inbound and outbound integrations for D365 F&SCM projects.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Integration Developer is responsible for the technical development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions, working closely with both functional teams and customers. The role requires a hands-on approach in designing and leading technical implementations, coordinating with onshore and offshore development teams, and effectively leading these teams in a diverse environment.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Owning project deliverables such as status reports, documentation, and test plans, and ensuring their successful completion.
2. Designing and developing interfaces to and from Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
3. Developing, reviewing, and testing customized code for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
4. Managing and delivering small projects independently and working productively without supervision.
5. Mentoring developers and technical consultants to foster growth and knowledge sharing.
6. Driving quality assurance and championing the use of Proven Process methodology across projects.
7. Leading technical aspects of integration workshops, documenting requirements, and designing suitable solutions.
8. Assisting in software configuration and customization to meet business needs.
9. Collaborating with data migration leads, leading functional data migration workshops, and owning the configuration of solutions.
10. Proficiency in X++ development.
11. Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Power Apps, DataVerse, Power Automate, and T-SQL scripting.
12. Knowledge of Azure functions, service bus, Synapse link, and Data Fabric is desirable.
13. Having at least 3 full lifecycle implementations of AX or Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
14. Experience with version control systems such as GIT and TFVC, including deployment and branching patterns.
15. Solid experience in Microsoft platform software or IT.
16. Extensive experience as a developer or integration lead with AX or Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
17. Experience using Microsoft DevOps for project management.
18. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio.
19. Ability to work remotely and on customer sites.
