Formación

• 5+ years as a developer or DevOps engineer.

About you

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our in-house team in Palma. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining scalable applications and database systems, working closely with our product and marketing teams. This role includes a clear path to leading a small team —we’re looking for someone ready to take that step soon.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using PHP , MySQL , and Laravel (or Symfony)
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries
• Improve application performance, security, and scalability
• Lead code reviews and support best practices across the team
• Collaborate with other developers, marketers, and designers
• Contribute to planning, architecture decisions, and documentation
• Help onboard and mentor new developers as the team grows

Requirements

• 5+ years as a developer or DevOps engineer
• Strong experience with PHP , MySQL , and modern backend frameworks
• Experience in Linux environments (Ubuntu) and version control (Git)
• Clear communicator with a proactive, team-first mindset
• Interest or experience in leading small teams
