The Harley Owners Group (HOG) Brand Ambassador is the face and voice of Harley-Davidson to our loyal community of riders. This role is crucial in embodying the brand's values and ensuring an unforgettable HOG membership experience for every rider. We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented individual who provides exceptional customer service and building strong relationships within the HOG community.

What’s your Mission?

  • Brand Champion : Authentically represent the Harley-Davidson brand and its values in every interaction.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service : Provide personalized and exceptional service to all customers and HOG members.
  • Manage Customer Inquiries : Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships : Foster long-term relationships with customers and members through personalized communication and proactive engagement.
  • Optimize the Customer Experience : Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for every customer at every touchpoint.
  • Process Transactions : Efficiently and accurately process membership payments and other relevant transactions.
  • Drive Revenue Growth : Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant products and services.
  • Gather Customer Feedback : Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain Accurate Records : Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of all customer and member records within the Salesforce CRM.
  • Communicate Effectively : Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with customers and members to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch : Demonstrated excellence in written and spoken Dutch, including exceptional grammar and spelling.
  • Strong English Proficiency : Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Customer-Centric Approach : Positive, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanour with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong listening, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Resilience and Adaptability : Ability to perform effectively under pressure, think quickly, and resolve challenging situations.
  • Customer Service Excellence : Proven ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Passion for Motorcycles : A genuine interest in motorcycles is a significant plus!
  • Start Date : October 2025.
  • Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm
  • Salary : €21,062 gross per year
  • Holidays : 24 holiday days per year
  • Work Model : Hybrid (6 days per month at the office)
  • Training : 1 week of full time training in the office, Monday to Friday - 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm
