Your day-to-day:

Our Growth Team seeks a talented Go-to-Market Specialist to support our strategy in France, focusing on B2B segments. The role will have an immediate impact and evolve as the business expands.

You will have experience in growth strategies, inbound, outbound, and ABM tactics. You will collaborate proactively with the French business unit on analytics and data-driven insights to accelerate growth.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Defining and executing Go-to-Market strategies and plans in close partnership with the French team.
  2. Identifying business opportunities and developing insights to support growth and retention.
  3. Collaborating with Sales to create feedback routines that drive growth.
  4. Understanding business performance, setting KPIs, segmenting and targeting, and leveraging data for strategic decisions.
  5. Implementing outbound campaigns and continuously improving their effectiveness.
  6. Coordinating with other teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  7. Developing inbound and outbound strategies for different business units.
  8. Supporting additional projects like expansion and social media strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in startups.
  • Fluent in French and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Highly analytical with proven quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Strong presentation skills to share insights effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with diverse teams.
  • Interest in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment.
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
