What You'll Be Doing :

• Handle the entire sales cycle, offering creative solutions to close deals.
• Manage client interactions from initial contact with potential buyers to deal completion and beyond.
• Collect and verify all necessary property documentation and sign mediation agreements with property owners while ensuring our commission policy is adhered to.
• Keep our CRM up to date with client requirements and maintain your personal database in line with commercial needs.
• Maintain client relationships by providing regular feedback and market status reports to vendors.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience in the real estate sector, particularly in key areas of Mallorca.
• Strong understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts.
• Native or Fluent in English and Spanish (This is a must).
• Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated with a drive to achieve top results.
• Financially driven and able to work well in an international team.
• Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Organized, flexible with working hours, and hands-on.
