Descripción del empleo

We are currently partnered with a Global Tier 1 Automotive Supplier that is looking to add a Head of Sales (Retail), managing a team of high-performing Sales representatives across the East Region of Spain.

Role Details:

  • Remote role covering the East Spain Region
  • Global organization with excellent opportunities for growth and development

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Retail / Aftermarket Channel in the East of Spain, aligned with company objectives
  2. Ensure accurate sales forecasting and budgeting
  3. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and motivation
  4. Drive negotiations and close high-value sales agreements
  5. Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics, with a focus on profitability
  6. Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and sales enablement teams to optimize sales processes
  7. Oversee CRM and reporting tools to track sales performance and pipeline

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing sales teams
  • Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and forecasting
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
