ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
The Portfolio Training Project Manager is a critical role within SITA’s global airport product training team. You will lead projects to improve the planning, operations, and delivery of training programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and fostering collaboration across all teams involved. By ensuring that we are optimally set up to help every audience understand and leverage the full value of our airport products, you will directly contribute to SITA’s mission to transform air travel.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
This role combines project management responsibilities and supporting the Head of Portfolio Training on critical topics. The ideal candidate will manage projects to develop our training capabilities, ensure that effective processes are implemented and adhered to, and coordinate training needs and priorities across internal and external audiences. Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills are essential. Work environment : Hybrid model, travel will also be required globally 30-40%.
