Job Description

Location: Full Remote in Spain OR Turkey

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth from the designated area by building and optimizing relationships with long-tail hotels.
  • Implement the digital supplier model with hotels in their portfolios.
  • Maintain and expand the share of long-tail suppliers in their portfolios.
  • Convert long-tail suppliers to core suppliers.
  • Enhance competitiveness through digital approaches.
  • Acquire new suppliers digitally and recover existing ones.
  • Reduce 'cost to serve' while improving service levels.
  • Understand and optimize contracting tools.
  • Improve marketing campaign conversions; perform approximately 50 calls per week to hotel portfolios to increase TTV and bookings.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss revenue and campaign performance, providing insights for improvements.
  • Manage hotel onboarding via e-registration.
  • Contribute to the digitalization process, providing feedback for process improvements.
  • Update interactions with suppliers in Salesforce CRM (calls, tasks, opportunities).
  • Manage a portfolio of 500-1500 accounts.
  • Assist hotels with platform interactions and operational topics to promote self-service.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years managing commercial accounts.
  • At least 1 year in sourcing, operations, or marketing.
  • Educational background: Diploma or professional degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the travel industry.
  • Proficient in Salesforce at a medium level.
