Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and optimize high-performance search and recommendation systems
2. Lead the development of innovative information retrieval solutions
3. Continuously improve search relevance through experimentation with new features and algorithms
4. Analyze large-scale data sets to drive insights and inform search strategy
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate search solutions across our e-commerce platform
6. Contribute to the technical and product direction of the search platform
