Position : Lead Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, performant, and secure applications for HCM integration.
• Collaborate across departments to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Deliver enhancements, new features, and expand modules according to our product roadmap.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expert Java development skills, including Spring / Spring Boot, with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ETL tooling.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, web services, encryption, LDAP, and file distribution.
• Strong understanding of database technologies such as Oracle DB and SQL.
• Experience with CI / CD, Agile, SCRUM, and Kanban methodologies.
• Knowledge of source control, build, and deployment tools like Git, Jenkins, Liquibase, JIRA is a plus.
• Experience with cloud architectures, microservices, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, or OCI is advantageous.
• Ability to ensure code quality via unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, TestNG) and code coverage tools like JaCoCo.
• Experience with static code analysis tools such as OWASP or SonarQube.
• Peer review and performance tuning experience (e.g., VisualVM).
• Experience managing technical teams.
• Effective collaboration within diverse, international, and remote teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends to foster innovation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work according to UK / EU work schedules.
• Mentoring skills and team-oriented mindset.
