Greenvolt is seeking a skilled Trading Analyst to be responsible for securing the route-to-market in the different markets where Greenvolt has a presence, developing and executing strategies to ensure the successful integration of renewable energy projects into those markets.

Responsibilities:

1. Route-to-Market Strategy Development :

• Develop and implement strategies for integrating renewable energy projects into electricity markets, balancing operational efficiency.
• Analyze market structures, regulatory frameworks, and pricing mechanisms to identify the best market access options.
• Facilitate project registration with transmission system operators (TSOs), distribution network operators (DNOs), electricity market operators, and other relevant authorities.
• Ensure projects comply with market rules, including renewable energy certification, grid codes, and participation in ancillary services markets.

Data Analysis and Reporting :

• Prepare detailed reports on market performance, revenue generation, and compliance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with project development, engineering, and trading teams to ensure seamless market integration.
• Provide input on project design and financial models to align with market requirements and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, with certifications in energy trading.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, focusing on market access, regulatory compliance, or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
