Founded in 2017 and currently present in 45 properties worldwide, LUX Tennis specializes in providing personalized tennis management for their luxury resort partners.

LUX Tennis oversees a repertoire of former and current ATP / WTA level tennis professionals, padel tennis and pickleball professionals, coaching private clients, VIPs, and celebrities, both individually and at luxury resorts globally. The company combines in-depth knowledge, education, performance improvement, and fun for tennis, padel, and pickleball enthusiasts worldwide, whether on holidays at luxury destinations or at private residences.

Besides offering professional coaching and exclusive tennis and padel programs, LUX Tennis hosts around 30 LT Star Events annually, showcasing top tennis stars such as Carlos Alcaraz, Alexander Zverev, Mary Pierce, Tommy Haas, and Garbiñe Muguruza at their partnered resorts.

Additionally, LUX Tennis ambassadors Martina Hingis, former World Number 1, and David Ferrer, former World Number 3, are integral to the team. They participate in star events and contribute to designing resort programs, ensuring high-quality services.

About the job :

We are seeking a Coach Talent Manager to oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and follow-up of LUX Tennis coaches across our global destinations, covering tennis, padel, and pickleball. The Coach Talent Manager will ensure high standards in talent selection, maintain an organized database, and support coaches' professional development and reporting in collaboration with hotel partners and the operations team.

Responsibilities :

Recruitment Planning & Role Definition :

  1. Identify coaching needs in tennis, padel, and pickleball in coordination with the operations team.
  2. Maintain an updated calendar of coaching positions to anticipate and plan recruitments.
  3. Build and manage a pool of qualified international coaches across all three sports.
  4. Use multiple recruitment channels and conduct headhunting activities to identify strong candidates.
  5. Send personalized mail-merge emails via Excel to potential coaches.

Selection & Hiring Process :

  1. Conduct first-round interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  2. Ensure all CVs align with LUX Tennis branding and expectations.
  3. Draft coaching contracts and present profiles to the operations team.
  4. Liaise with resort partner hotels to present selected coaches or options.

Performance Follow-Up :

  1. Conduct regular check-ins with on-site coaches to ensure satisfaction and performance consistency.
  2. Gather feedback from resort hotels regarding coaches' performance to inform contract renewals or actions.

Skills :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (written & conversational); French is a plus.
  • Active listening skills to understand candidate motivations and match them appropriately.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications / Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of tennis is essential.

Additional information :

  • Contract type: Self-employed / Freelancer.
  • Working hours: 35h/week, 6h per day, 5.5 days per week.
  • Start date: As soon as possible.
  • Location: Remote (based in Europe).
