Service Manager - SAP Basis & Cloud team

We are seeking a Service Manager to lead our SAP Basis & Cloud team at Zoi. This role involves managing a team of over 20 technical consultants and overseeing SAP landscapes and cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS.

Responsibilities include :

  • Leading and managing a technical support team.
  • Overseeing SAP landscapes, including installations and SAP software like GTS, APO, EWM, HCM, MDM, Ariba.
  • Managing cloud infrastructure, especially AWS.
  • Applying ITSM frameworks, ideally ITIL standards.
  • Utilizing ticketing systems like Jira and documentation tools like Confluence.
  • Handling high ticket volumes, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Implementing proactive system monitoring and maintenance strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Experience managing SAP Basis and cloud support teams.
  • Proven track record in maintaining complex SAP landscapes.
  • Experience with software upgrades, backups, and cost management.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Nagios, Zabbix, Amazon CloudWatch.
  • Strong communication skills and client coordination experience.
  • Experience in continuous service improvement and innovation.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position based in various European locations, including Stuttgart, Berlin, Lisbon, and others, with opportunities for international travel.
