Job Title: Paid Media Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious paid media specialist to join our marketplace advertising team. This role is essential due to significant growth in our client base and service offerings. The ideal candidate loves responsibility, delivering results, and is eager to grow their expertise within the Amazon and/or TikTok Advertising platforms.

We are a full-service Amazon agency providing strategy, advertising, and operational support to ensure our clients' success on Amazon and TikTok Shop.

Our clients are product brands selling on Amazon and TikTok, primarily consumer products, with some B2B clients. They operate across various sectors including skincare, beauty, office supplies, nutrition, clothing, toys, and baby products.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the day-to-day Amazon PPC strategy for 7-8 brands.
  2. Collaborate with teams such as content, account strategy, and SEO to develop successful strategies.
  3. Manage client relationships through strategy calls, reporting, and communication.
  4. Lead projects to improve agency efficiency, including automation, AI integration, and KPI development.
  5. Analyze campaign performance and generate insightful reports.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience managing Amazon paid media campaigns.
  • Experience analyzing performance and creating reports.
  • Experience working with brand POCs, vendor-facing communication, and adapting communication styles.
  • Experience forecasting budgets and sales.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional EU languages are a plus.
  • Experience with Slack and Asana is a bonus.
