As Assistant to the Director of Sales & Marketing, based in Madrid, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

  • Supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing in the execution of international sales strategies.
  • Assisting in managing and expanding client accounts across international markets.
  • Conducting market research to identify and support new global business opportunities.
  • Coordinating communication and relationships with international clients, partners, and distributors.
  • Assisting in the preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Representing Break The Ice BV at international trade fairs and networking events, as needed.
  • Maintaining and updating the company’s CRM system to ensure data accuracy and enable effective sales reporting.
  • Generating sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights using the CRM system.
  • Monitoring progress against international sales goals and providing regular updates to the Director.
  • Ensuring all activities comply with relevant trade regulations and internal company policies.
