What will you be doing?

You will engage with new users of Packlink PRO, understanding their business and objectives, and

managing the onboarding, success, and satisfaction of our clients . As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for successful training, onboarding, and adoption of our platform, driving product adoption and revenue. You will also manage the sales process from proposal to onboarding.

You will develop your sales skills and technical understanding of shipping processes . Regular and proactive communication with internal stakeholders and providing constructive feedback for users is essential. If you're passionate about customer delight, acquisition, retention, and want to be part of a high-tech platform loved by its customers, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Invest significant time (4-5 hours) speaking with potential customers via phone.
  • Selling Packlink PRO to the French ecommerce market.
  • Managing a pipeline of inbound sales leads.
  • Growing Packlink PRO’s client base in France through partner relationships.
  • Advocating internally for product improvements.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and customer-facing roles.
  • A coachable mindset eager to improve.
  • Proactive, organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability in an agile environment.
  • Native French speaker and proficient in Spanish
  • Ability to manage frustration and stay composed in challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication and phone sales skills .
  • Receptive to change and feedback.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce, shipping, or B2B SaaS products.
