Job Description:

Your Strategic Partner for HR, Payroll & Headhunting Solutions

We are recruiting Dutch or German-speaking Customer Advisors to join a dynamic team in Málaga, supporting a leading international hotel group. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, delivering high-quality support, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Schedule: 39 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, 8:00–22:00 (rotating shifts with alternating weekends)

Training: On-site, full-time (9:00–18:00)

Requirements:

  • Native or bilingual level of Dutch or German
  • Advanced English (minimum C1)
  • Valid NIE, NAF, and a Spanish bank account
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working with calls and structured procedures
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
  • Team-oriented, but also capable of working independently
  • Calm and solution-focused under pressure
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required
