About C&A

C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand with stores across Europe. We are currently working with their e-commerce division, headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany. You will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga, Spain, or remotely.

Project Overview

Following an intensive selection process, Anaplan's planning software was chosen initially for financial planning. After a successful MVP, Anaplan is now being rolled out for all planning scenarios in the financial area. The project involves collaboration with Anaplan, an external service provider, and internal teams to ensure the software can be maintained and developed independently in the future.

Team Composition

The current team includes an Anaplan Model Builder, a Product Manager, supported by an Integration Specialist. We are looking to add a Senior Anaplan Consultant to this team.

Role Responsibilities

1. Support the implementation project in collaboration with external partners.
2. Own configuration and maintenance of models and the Data Hub.
3. Maintain the data dictionary and support defect resolution.
4. Create and manage data models, calculations, and business logic.
5. Develop and optimize planning processes and scenarios.
6. Integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy.
7. Test and validate models to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• Deep experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant, preferably in finance and retail industry.
• Strong understanding of financial planning.
• Good knowledge of business processes and data flow.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Experience in project work and support in project management.
• Fluency in English; German is an asset.
