Job Description:

As a member of the Global Workforce Operations (GWO) team, the HR Employee Experience Representative creates trusting working relationships with employees. Responsibilities include providing quality support to all employees, evaluating and analyzing employee requests, and serving as the primary HR support for employees in the Retail Branding and Information Solutions (RBIS) division based in Spain. Key duties involve HR guidance, resolving employment relations matters, supporting engagement and diversity initiatives, managing data transactions in PeopleSoft, employment contract redaction, responding to HR inquiries via ServiceNow, educating employees on available services, and providing training on Payroll and HR topics. The role requires flexibility to expand scope as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in HR expected
• Experience with PeopleSoft Data Transaction Management
• Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and discretion
• HR knowledge preferred
• Strong communication skills in Spanish, Italian, and English
