Mission and responsibilities:

This role requires technical troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of common security standards and frameworks (NIST, CIS Security...).
The ideal candidate would be well versed in cloud technologies with knowledge of AWS.
The role requires the individual to understand the different security challenges across the entire technology stack, including infrastructure, networking, and application level.

The main tasks of this position will be the following:

• Proven expertise operating AWS platform and its infrastructure providing technical expertise in various security domains (Cloudfront, WAF, Organizations, GuardDuty, Config, etc.)
• Support audit preparation activities, ensures audit readiness, facilitating the delivery of information. Response and remediation to audit observations for internal and external audits.
• Anticipating risks and issues of technical complexity
• Provides experience of certificates management, hardening, vulnerability and patch management.
• Actively collaborate with other internal teams.

To be successful in the role you must have experience in:

• Cloud & DevOps methodologies
• Automation related technologies & programming languages (Cloudformation, Ansible, shell scripting, python, etc.)
• Operating & maintaining security appliances
• Knowledge of SSO solutions with various identity protocols such as SAML, OAtuh and OIDC
• Organized and disciplined working approach tailored to meeting tight deadlines while producing good quality work
• Ability to work independently with external and internal stakeholders.
• Good verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills.
