What you'll do:

As a Senior Digital Customer Success Manager - S/4HANA Private Cloud, you will act as a trusted advisor, maximizing customer lifetime value by guiding customer executives and their teams, and accelerating value delivery through rapid adoption of solutions.

You will ensure scalable engagement following a global framework, blending human interaction with data-driven tech-touch interactions and self-service resources to foster successful adoption and customer accountability.

  • Build executive relationships and earn trusted advisor status.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage SAP solutions.
  • Mitigate churn via focus on Adoption & Consumption.
  • Support sales in expansion and upsell efforts.
  • Manage crises and de-escalate situations.
  • Drive renewals, expansions, and upsells of solutions.

Your focus is on RISE with SAP, aiding customers transitioning to SAP Business Suite, especially SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, to accelerate cloud adoption and maximize automation.

What you bring:
  • Strong executive presence and relationship skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of S/4HANA PCE.
  • Understanding of business models and processes.
  • Ability to handle complex customer situations.
  • Experience with cloud solutions and delivery models.
  • Expert domain knowledge and SAP certifications.
  • Technical understanding to address customer issues.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Spanish, Turkish, or Italian is a plus.
