AIRBUS offers more than 60 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain #Graduates_Spain - #DISCOVER II 2025 / 2026 - Starting date : October 1st 2025.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking, and relating.

What does this internship consist of?

In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential for professional development.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The internship starts in early October 2025 and lasts 11 months (August is excluded). It is a full-time experience (40h / week), with an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description :

The System General Department is responsible for system and structure development of Airbus's civil projects. Our department is a reference for the company, with a large pool of engineering specialists who support engineering, manufacturing, program, and quality areas to ensure the proper delivery of systems and structural components, as well as fleet support.

Student Main Tasks :

The internship will span various engineering disciplines within the system general engineering department. For Spain, we will focus on :

  • EMH / Electromagnetics Hazards and Lightning and Electrostatic protection
  • Safety and Reliability of the A / C
  • Software quality assurance of systems / equipment
  • Configuration Management (ensuring proper process and traceability of modifications in each aircraft)

Details for EMH tasks :

You will design the sizing of the Metallic Bonding Network (MBN), which provides a path for fault currents in CFRP aircraft structures, considering electrical loads and generator protections.

Details for Configuration Management tasks :

You will learn how modifications are managed and the workflow involved, engaging with various stakeholders. This provides an excellent opportunity to network and understand future career paths.
