What this job can offer you

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist , joining our Global Payroll team. In your role, you will be implementing multiple new customers onto our Remote Global Payroll solution platform with accuracy and within agreed timescales.

What you bring

  • Experience in Global Payroll with Spain Payroll end-to-end process.
  • Global Payroll Customer Implementation experience, with Spain payroll software.
  • Excellent understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and HR.
  • Work experience in regional / global payroll operations and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent data management skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experienced in handling multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and take own responsibility.
  • Customer-Care oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in using Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Ability to work within a MacBook Pro environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of tools like Notion, Slack, Salesforce, and payroll software like A3 is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for customers to set up and transition their payroll to Remote products and services.
  • Analyze customer payroll needs and provide recommendations.
  • Manage the implementation of new customers, including data collection, configuration, payroll runs, compliance verification, and handover.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and vendors.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and contribute to high retention.
  • Provide training and support on payroll processes and country-specific needs.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all customer and employee information.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation.

Practical Details

  • Reporting to : Manager, Global Payroll Implementations
  • Location : Remote; priority given to applicants in UTC 0 - UTC +1 timezones.
  • Start date : August 1st, 2024

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Remote is committed to fair, unbiased compensation and benefits, paying above local in-location rates and supporting global talent-hiring. The salary range for this role is $30,250 USD to $102,050 USD, depending on various factors including location and experience.
