Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the development team and other IT staff to set specifications for new applications.
2. Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update, and add new features.
3. Develop new websites and apps, and improve existing ones.
4. Implement web marketing strategies.
5. Update websites and apps; create new sections.
6. Enhance web and app security and plugins.
7. Design, develop, and test mobile applications for iOS & Android platforms.
8. Participate in the full mobile application development lifecycle.
9. Stay informed on latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile software development.
10. Write clean, high-quality, maintainable, and high-performance code.
11. Design printed circuit boards (PCB) to meet quality and delivery requirements.
12. Refine workflow processes to improve product development.
13. Build CMF strategies connecting social and consumer lifestyle trends with material technologies and product concepts.
14. Lead ideation sessions, brainstorms, and research on users, trends, materials, and processes for future products.
15. Create prototypes for research and internal review.
16. Support cost reduction while maintaining design integrity and user experience.
17. Collaborate with design engineers on CAD models to develop engineering concepts into products.
18. Gather and prepare relevant data for analytics applications.
19. Utilize analytics tools to identify patterns, trends, and relationships in data sets.
20. Develop statistical and predictive models for data analysis.
21. Conduct risk assessments, analyzing documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends.
22. Establish and review policies to manage risks in services and departments; recommend improvements.
23. Develop business continuity plans to mitigate risks and conduct workplace data collection.
24. Promote risk awareness through staff training and support.
25. Assess hazards and risks at work and implement safety measures.
26. Prepare risk assessments and apply suitable methods.
