Responsibilities

You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of AD programs. You'll assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing these programs. Your role is to be a trusted advisor, guiding best practices and risk mitigation, serving as a specialist in the room.

This position is remote from Spain, with willingness to travel to client sites in Madrid or Barcelona as needed.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Minimum 5 years' experience with Directories (LDAP, Active Directory)
• Experience with PKI and Microsoft Certificate Services
• Experience with Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (ADLDS)
• Experience with Windows Server
• Knowledge of DNS & DHCP
• Deep understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD)
• Experience in AD migration projects (on-premises AD to Azure or other cloud directories)
• Experience with software installation, upgrades, and patching
• Experience implementing security policies like MFA, conditional access, Azure RBAC, and sync rules
• Knowledge of Active Directory architecture and management
• Expertise in creating, administering, and troubleshooting Group Policies (GPOs)
