This position will identify and develop organic growth opportunities, support operational business plans, and lead special projects that align with our company priorities. This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact by collaborating with key players and ensuring the success of commercial development.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Commercial Development and Growth
2. Commercial Model Design Lead: Develop and lead end-to-end commercial models for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
3. Organic Growth Opportunities: Identify and develop organic strategic opportunities at the headquarters level, including cross-country initiatives with major clients, high-impact strategic projects, or large-scale opportunities requiring centralized coordination. Scout national and international growth opportunities by managing relationships with key sector players. Identify relevant growth streams by country to support the country-specific agenda.
4. Strategic Retreat Support: Aggregate, review, and ensure consistency across various commercial growth levers (e.g., densification, asset rationalization) to form a comprehensive strategic plan.
5. Operational support and implementation
6. Business Model Design Support: Provide support to countries regarding the business model approach for commercial opportunities, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
7. Operational Business Plan Support: Assist countries in developing and validating their operational business plans for commercial opportunities.
8. Cross-functional Leadership and Special Projects: Lead COO special initiatives requiring cross-functional leadership, such as colocation pricing analysis and generative AI use case identification, ensuring alignment with company priorities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Academic Background
2. Education: Telecommunications Engineer or similar, with an MBA or other postgraduate in economics/management.
3. Languages
4. English - Must-have
5. Advanced Spanish - Must-have

7. Software Tools
8. MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Must-have
9. Relevant Experience
10. 2-3 years in commercial roles, contract management, or business development. Experience in strategic analysis frameworks and telecom infrastructure agreements. Deep industry knowledge, including TowerCo business models and financial drivers. Ability to analyze contract terms, financial and regulatory impacts, and build cross-departmental relationships.
