About the Role - We are seeking a Senior Engineer Pre-Sales Solutions to join our team at Madrid, supporting our business and projects.

Job Description:

• Responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their technical needs, providing customized hydrogen energy solutions, and assisting customers to complete system integration, installation and commissioning, and initial operation of the technical support work.
• Formulate pre-sales technical solutions, including electrolytic water hydrogen production system design, BOP facility selection and optimization, and solve technical problems encountered by customers in the course of project implementation and provide optimization suggestions.
• Assist the sales team to provide technical consultation, product demonstration and program explanation, participate in the technical feasibility analysis of hydrogen energy projects, prepare technical proposals, bidding documents and related technical documents.
• Optimize the electrolyzer hydrogen production system integration scheme in accordance with the project requirements, and promote the project implementation.
• Work closely with internal R&D, product and engineering teams to ensure smooth project progress.
• Focus on European hydrogen energy market trends, policies, regulations and technology developments to support the company's strategy.
• Actively participate in industry conferences, exhibitions and technical seminars to enhance the company's brand influence.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related majors; more than 10 years of work experience, new energy, large chemical industry and other related industries are preferred.
• More than 3 years of technical or pre-sales experience in hydrogen energy, hydrogen production from electrolyzed water or fuel cell related industries, familiar with the principles and applications of hydrogen production from electrolyzed water (alkaline electrolysis AWE, proton exchange membrane electrolysis PEM) and other technologies.
• Familiar with wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage, power system design and related safety codes.
• Experience in hydrogen energy system integration, hydrogen supply and related equipment selection, and the ability to effectively coordinate internal resources to support project advancement.
• Have excellent customer communication and demand analysis ability, adapt to the needs of travel, able to support the project site technical communication and program optimization.
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish, ability to work in an international environment, Chinese is a plus.
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and other drafting tools, a team player, and able to work efficiently in a cross-functional collaborative environment.
