Job Description

• The Logistics Controller is integrated within the Finance Department of Veepee and reports to the Financial Controller.
• The main mission is to ensure the financial management of the Pink & Pack entity as well as the VPLogistics entity. They work closely with Site Directors, the Finance Department, operational teams, and support functions.
• This role operates within the scope of the Group's Logistics activities.

Tasks

• Ensure the completeness and coherence of monthly closings for subsidiaries in collaboration with other logistics controllers, maintaining constant contact with operational teams and accounting to book accruals within group deadlines for reliable subsidiary performance views.
• Manage subsidiary reporting: profit and loss statements and financial reporting for operational teams.
• Analyze and monitor warehouse performance through fixed costs, productivity indicators, and payroll analysis, presenting findings to the COO & Finance Manager in collaboration with site directors.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for the scope, considering risks and opportunities, in collaboration with operational teams and respecting finance timelines.
• Establish yourself as a trusted business partner for site Directors and the COO on financial matters.

Must Have Skills

• Higher education, such as Business School or equivalent university degree with a specialization in controlling.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or as a Financial Controller in a logistics or industrial environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of management tools (Gsheet, SAP, ERP).
• Autonomous, rigorous, and agile.
• Strong analytical and synthesizing skills.
• Ability to adapt in a demanding and dynamic environment.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in a complex, deadline-driven environment is appreciated.
• Knowledge of SAP S4 is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of French is a plus.
