MANUFACTURING ENGINEER LARGE RADIAL STRUCTURES (F / M / X)

Country : Spain

Location : Zamudio, Bizkaia

Objective of the Position :

We are seeking professionals to join our team as manufacturing process engineers for aerospace components, focusing on the development and improvement of manufacturing processes for large radial structures.

Main Responsibilities :

1. Define manufacturing processes for new components, including generating manufacturing routes, solid models, instructions, and work guides.
2. Identify and implement improvements to industrialize products, aiming to reduce time, costs, and non-quality expenses.
3. Support production and continuous process improvements.
4. Implement new technologies and planned enhancements to increase competitiveness.
5. Identify process control variables to ensure sustainable results.

Candidate Profile :

1. Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or similar; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years in manufacturing processes, especially welded assemblies.
3. Skills: Interpretation of drawings, 3D modeling (preferably with Siemens NX), statistical analysis, and knowledge of manufacturing software like Teamcenter and SAP.
4. Languages: Spanish (First Certificate level or equivalent).
5. Additional valued skills: Nickel or titanium machining, welding, dimensional verification, non-destructive testing.
6. Personal Skills: Teamwork, coordination, communication, autonomy, proactivity, results-oriented attitude, adaptability, motivation for improvement, and willingness to work in a dynamic, international environment.

Training Provided :

• Manufacturing processes of static aircraft engine components.
• Tools and software for product and process management.
• Process data analysis (SPC, etc.).
• Quality management and ergonomic safety.
• Lean Manufacturing concepts.

Team and Environment :

You will work with a multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals at ITP Aero's headquarters in Zamudio, involved in long-term projects for civil and industrial aviation, including process engineers, CNC programmers, quality engineers, and more.
