Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a talented Product Designer based in Spain for a temporary position of 6 months only.

The Monetisation Squad is primarily responsible for maximising the economic value each user brings to the company (Lifetime Value or LTV). To achieve this, the team focuses on optimizing three key revenue streams :

  • Subscriptions : Recurring payments that users make to gain extended access to certain features and / or exclusive functionalities available only to subscribers.
  • One-off purchases : Purchases of items that grant temporary access to extra features or higher usage limits. In the app ecosystem, these are commonly known as In-App Purchases (IAP).
  • Ads : Ads displayed to users who do not have an active subscription, allowing us to subsidize the experience for Free users while maintaining a sustainable business model. In the app ecosystem, this is usually referred to as In-App Ads (IAA).
What You’ll Own & Drive

We value cultural fit just as much as technical skills. Here are the key qualities and responsibilities we’re looking for:

  • Genuine love for data: Check dashboards regularly, identify trends, and raise insights related to monetization.
  • Proactivity: Question, suggest A/B tests, and contribute UI/UX improvements beyond assigned tasks.
  • Attention to detail and organization: Keep assets neatly arranged, properly named, and stored in cloud environments.
  • Hunger to make an impact: Bring ideas, contribute actively, and be eager to learn and grow.
  • Ownership of projects end-to-end: Take full responsibility from start to finish, and be accountable for outcomes.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Figma mastery: Create scalable, developer-friendly designs that translate into production.
  • Experience working in Product Teams: Collaborate effectively with PMs and understand business goals.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Know Scrum and project management tools like Jira.
  • Strong documentation skills: Clearly document work, processes, and decisions.
  • Storytelling & communication: Explain your design decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with Monetization in B2C brands: Understand metrics like ARPU, LTV, and CVR.
  • A/B Testing experience: Set up experiments, interpret results, and communicate findings.
  • First-hand user experience: Use our apps and websites regularly to inform your design work.
Bonus Points
  • QA mindset: Test everything thoroughly.
  • Analytical tools passion: Experience with GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL, or Data Warehouse.
  • Experience with RevenueCat / Adapty or similar monetization tools.
