Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. Position : SAP HCM PY Consultant, Argentina Payroll

Location : Spain, Italy or Portugal (fully remote)

Your mission :

1. Support our outsourced clients as part of the Application Management Services (AMS) department under the supervision of an AMS Cluster Lead.
2. Deliver configuration and consulting payroll services to Alight's clients in Latin America (SAP HCM Argentina).
3. Provide application support through advice, guidance, and functional/technical activities.
4. Identify, manage, and test SAP note applications; open and manage customer messages to SAP for support and corrections.
5. Manage reported incidents, perform functional analysis, and guide/coaching on technical implementations.
6. Create easy-to-maintain, error-free implementations and customizations following Alight's best practices.
7. Operate system tests with provided or self-generated data to ensure applications meet specifications.
8. Document issues and solutions (both technical and functional).
9. Manage daily priorities and tickets, ensuring deadlines are met, and report progress to the AMO Team Manager.
