Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement new features for a football manager simulation game.
2. Optimize and maintain server-side game logic to ensure smooth gameplay.
3. Manage game data using PostgreSQL and improve database performance.
4. Collaborate with designers and developers to refine gameplay mechanics.
5. Ensure server performance and scalability to support a growing user base.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of Java development experience (Java 11+).
2. Solid experience with SmartFoxServer 2X.
3. Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and multithreading.
4. Experience with distributed systems.
5. Familiarity with Hazelcast and Protobuf is a plus.
6. Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote team.
7. Comfort with remote-first work environment and flexible hours.
