Overview

As a Paid Social / Social Ads Specialist, your responsibility is to implement the global brand strategy across social networks, primarily focusing on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, with desirable knowledge of LinkedIn and Pinterest. You will stay updated with the rapid market evolution. Your main objectives include supervising and controlling the application of planning rules, ensuring a seamless work process between the client and team, and developing specific benchmarks by category and brand. You will mainly liaise with a prominent online bank and a leading beauty company in Europe.

Responsibilities

How you’d spend your day :

  • Managing the administration and execution of paid social media campaigns, ensuring objectives and KPIs are met.
  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of social media strategies.
  • Maintaining open communication channels with content teams, community managers, and influencer managers to ensure a comprehensive planning approach.
  • Monitoring and analyzing competitor activity on social networks.
  • Tracking the results of organic and paid campaigns and applying insights to the global strategy.
  • Coordinating between brand and agency social teams.
  • Providing updates, advice, and support on technical aspects and new product features to the activation team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital agencies.
  • Extensive experience in campaign setup and execution on social networks.
  • Experience managing international accounts.
