What are we looking for?

We’re seeking a Destination Manager to strategically manage and scale our travel offering in top global destinations like Japan, Kenya, China, Costa Rica and beyond—turning entire regions into must-experience adventures.

Responsibilities

• Strategically develop and manage complete destinations from research, route design, supplier contracting, pricing strategy, to final product delivery.
• Negotiate and establish long-term relationships with key local suppliers (hotels, activity providers and so on) to ensure competitiveness, quality, and profitability.
• Daily management and coordination with suppliers to ensure correct product configuration, pricing, product quality.
• Manage the technology behind your destination products, including price loading, channel manager integrations, and API connections.
• Ensure highest quality standards by regularly auditing and improving products based on traveler feedback and market demands.
• Provide active support to our different teams on the specifications of our products by creating the best trainings in the travel world.
• Ensure and improve the quality of the products in the destinations during the creation, development and arrival of travelers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Destination Manager, Travel Product Manager , or similar role in tour operations, travel agencies, or supplier contracting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism (or equivalent preferred).
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage direct contracts with hotels and local suppliers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proactive attitude, results-driven mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with travel tech solutions with API integrations, Channel managers strongly preferred.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) — essential.
