The Change Experience, Engagement & Learning (CE&L) team is passionate about the people-side of change and drives holistic technology change experiences. This ensures the investments we make in tools and technology are realized when people can adopt them successfully. You will be responsible for leading Organisational Change Management planning and the successful adoption of Informatics products and solutions. As a member of a dynamic and globally-focused team, you will leverage the understanding of business needs and our affiliate experience to effectively plan for and manage change initiatives over two projects: one focused on overall OCM activities and one for Learning and Training.
Requirements:
- Create communication strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences to adopt IT-driven changes.
- Partner with key senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior change and compliance.
- Use ingenuity and innovation to create effective communication campaigns for complex topics.
- Simplify and streamline communication processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on function-specific communication strategies for complex IT changes.
- Advise on project, portfolio, and annual communication plans, selecting optimal channels and media.
- Implement end-to-end end-user communication strategies and oversee their execution.
- Identify training and learning needs; analyze results; develop or modify learning programs accordingly.
- Partner with Domains, Product Lines, and change strategy leads to assess training needs and define content.
- Manage logistics for IT training programs, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
- Ensure learning content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with communication campaigns and change strategies.
- Develop, organize, and deliver training materials using various formats and modalities.
- Engage audiences based on Change Management strategies to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Review learning content regularly for relevance and update as needed.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Apply organizational change management concepts to communication plans involving behavior change.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Manage resistance to communication plans and build awareness and advocacy for change.
- Provide strategic input on content and topics for IT Training.
- Partner with Domain and Product Line Leads, and large-scale projects.
- Consult on Product Roadmaps and advise on Resource Management to achieve efficiencies.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, articulating complex ideas simply.
- Demonstrate project management skills, multitasking, and proactive needs anticipation.
- Partner with clients to understand needs and build effective relationships.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and translate technical jargon into user-friendly communications and learning.
- Apply change management and instructional design methodologies.
- Work within Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in English.
- Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
